Default V40 Brake discs

I am having to have my front discs changed for the 3rd time in 12 months.... the near side one keeps getting scoring like marks on them causing a definite lip.... I only had them changed for the second time abiut 3 months ago!
Any idea's please?

Not sure but could it be that the pads fitted are of the wrong composition?
Maybe you need some that are softer. Usually means more dust and dirtier alloys though unfortunately.
Are you perhaps a driver who is firmer / harder with your braking?
Is the vehicle braking evenly?
Have you checked that the caliper pistons are all working freely and that maybe one piston could be partially seizing whilst the opposing piston is operating freely.

Default V40 Brake Rotors

I'm not having scoring of the front rotors, but mine do warp quickly. The interval between warping has decreased from about 30,000 miles to 15,000, and now to only about 5,000. Any help?
