My next mission is to flush the transmission oil on my V40-2.0 from 2003. I have steering wheel on the left side. When I took of the left front wheel I saw there is a plastic shield in front of the gearbox transmission oil plug. In order to take the shield of I need to remove two nylon or plastic looking fastener pins. My question; Are these fasteners Volvo V40 specific or are they universal for any car?
