Hi to everyone. I'm new here so sorry if I do something wrong. I have a 2004 Volvo V50 2.4 SUMMUM but I can't make it play homemade CDs! To make you understand, I "write" CDs with the explorer of windows(neither Nero nor another program), but it doesn't play. If this can help, the songs are in mp3 and wmv. Do I have to try wav files and writing them to the CD via a program?? I would be grateful if someone could solve my problem.


P.S. I have another problem but I don't care very much so it's a PS! When I want to close the sunroof, it needs to go until the middle of the opening to close automatically. I mean that it doesn't close automatically (neither with the key) if it doesn't reach the middle... I hope you understand...

The CD player does not read MP3 or WMA files. The disk needs to be created as an audio disk. I believe the 2007 and newer V50 and S40 can read MP3.

After a try burning the songs with nero (convert them to .cda) it worked. Now the thread can be locked! Thanks!
