Cost of maintenance is middling for this vintage Volvo in general - less than a VW, BMW or GM car, more than say a Toyota. The car has very low mileage so there some plus and minus there as its still a 12 year old car and rubber bits/tires age and may need to be replaced. Fluids need to be replaced on a time schedule as well as the timing belt (due at 10 years so this car should be on its 2nd). Assuming its been regularly driven and properly maintained, it should be reliable.
There's not a lot to do from a regular maintenance perspective - check out the maintenance guide at https://www.volvocars.com/us/own/own...owners-manuals to see what a typical service requires.
