Default heat and defrost

I recently purchased a v50 2008. now that the weather is cold, I want to be able to heat and defrost at the same time. If I turn on heat, the windows fog up, so I push defrost, then the widows defog but my feet get cold. I switch to heat because my feet are cold, and the windows fog up again. I can't believe the swedes in the dead of winter don't have this same issue! Am I stupid, or is there a fix?

Default RE: heat and defrost

The fix is simple: Turn on the A/C and crank the heat all the way to the right. Make sure the air output controls are on head and feet. Adjust the temp as necessary.
