Hi All, I'm new to Volvo's and the forum so please be patient. I have just bought a 2020 plate 1.6d Drive with 69k and a FSH and very good mot history, but for the first time ever in my car buying life, I decided to take a chance and I bought it knowing it had an oil leak as it 'seemed' to be minor and was easily accessible at the top of the engine (around the pipe union of the 1st Injector as shown in photo) rather than at the bottom which could result in a lot more in labour costs. The car was a good price, and other than the leak is immaculate inside & out. What do you think?

Reason: Model Year is 2010 not 2020
Are you sure that's not a fuel leak? At any rate, I think the best approach would be to fully clean up everything until it's clean and dry, then start the car and see where the "fresh fluids" are showing up. That should point you to the source of the leak, be it oil or fuel.
FWIW, most posters here are in the US, and they won't know much about the diesel variants (sadly, we didn't get them here...).
