Hi all,

Does anyone know why the V50s, used, sell for such a low price?
I have a '01 v70 T5 and love it, but also like the look of the V50. I have noticed that they sell for an extremely low price. Is there an inherant mechanical issue of some kind, or bad reputation there? I know it is based on the smaller sedan and is less powerful, but otherwise am just curious.

They were a cheaper line to begin with. Much like the S40, the base model car takes a beating on the used car market. We do not sell the 40 or 50 series at all.
