Hello, I just got my parents 1998 Volvo V70 GLT after it had been sitting in our yard for about three years. My mechanic and I were able to start it, but the security was tripping the flashers and trying to trip the horn. I just put a fresh battery in it, but the flashers are going off and it won't start through the ignition key. Any suggestions?
