We have a 2006 Volvo V70 Ocean race, just had it in the garage for a service and we have been complaining that the turbo sometimes intermittantly stops working when the engine is under load up hills. So for example in a gear that you expect the car to pull through but instead the boost dissapears and doesnt come back until we turn the car off and wait a couple of minutes.

The garage who were servicing the car identified what appears to be a missing component and by the looks of it would be a link arm. I have attached a photo of the part that appears to have a link missing from it, wondered if anyone knows what is meant to attach to this?

Car is a 2006 Volvo Ocean Race special with 6 speed manual.
