2007 V70 no start

No start? Meaning the engine doesn't turn over? No llights of any kind on the car? Why was the battery replaced? What were the symptoms before replacing the battery (please don't say the car didn't work)? Knowing this information helps narrow it down from about 1,000,000 possibilities to only about 50. Don't quote me on that though.

ChrisAce, Your questions were RIGHT ON. Either he fixed it and can't bother to share how with the rest of the membership who continually learn from these type of experiences, or he's just embarresed how simple the problem was. Hay, I've made some dumb mistakes and posted them, hoping others will learn. No one is perfect! Chris, feel good you gave it your best shot.

Thanks for the support. I can understand if he forgot to reconnect the battery, or accidentally hooked it up backwards. I just people could look at the big picture and see that the search button is only valuable if people actually post solutions.
Is there a way to flag a post as "Solved" so someone who actually searches before posting can see if there problem has been solved before reading through a possible 100 replies?
