Default 2008 D5 MAP sensor location

Hello All,

I hope you can help me? I am looking for the location of the MAP/Boost Sensor on my 2008 V70 2400cc 136KW 185HP D 5244 T4, it looks like this engine was fitted for 2 years, so a bit different from many V70's apparently. Pictures work for me best as I am not a mechanic but I can undo a torx bolt and pull a sensor.

Thanks in advance.

The non-American market cars are tough for me, I have no experience with them. On the American cars, the MAP sensor is on the intercooler outlet where the pipe goes from the intercooler to the throttlebody. I would follow the piping after the turbo and look for the sensor that way if it is not on the intercooler.

It is a fun sensor to get at on american cars too. I think I used a torx bit attached to a universal and then an extension. Bad angles in there
