Default '98 V70 Climate Control Trouble

Recently nothing works, no lights, no fan.
Fuses under the hood not blown.
How can one tell if it's the blower motor, resister pack, or a relay thats blown?
Thanks

Maybe the control unit went out.

Took the unit out No burnt looking places
Checked all fuses None blown
Must be the Power Stage(Resister Pack) and/or the blower motor.
If just the motor has blown, wouldn't the button(AC on/off, Recirc, Vent) lights still work?
