98 v70r runs really bad in HOT weather
Hi
I have a 98 v70r w/ 120K miles, runs/drives like a champ unless outside temp is >70degrees f. Then acts like it running rich. Have had the o2 sensor replaced last year when it died in hot weather and would not start-
Every summer it runs like **##@#*. I live at altitude,-premium gas has helped but altitude changes make it run worse. I dare not drive to denver to have it looked at-- I might not make it. Engine light comes on but as soon as cool weather hits- its off again. Any ideas? Service guys say cant assess unless engine light is on. Thanks for your thoughts.
