Default 99 V70 2.4T Cooing issues leading to a Hesitation.

ok so i got the hesitation out of the engine, but now I am having cooling issues after fixing the hessitation. What can cause this. The lights inside the cars climate control are flashing. can someone help please.

oh and, I replaced the CVVT Solenoid to fix the Hesitation Issue. (With the updated version of the CVVT Solenoid)

But when it starts heating up, the hesitation comes back. It also seems as if the coolant isn't flowing through the engine. Is this a common issue for these vehicles?

Also, I just replaced the Thermostat today.
