98 V70 XC Is realty worth replacing a broken door stop? It is on the driver side door. I just unbolted the latch and the broken piece fell off inside the door "door would not close". It realty seems like a lot of work to take the door panel off. To replace it . The door opens and closes fine . I know it is more stress on the hinges but my 91 240 does not have one.

Yes, you should fix it, unless there are no hills or wind in your area...

... and fix the one on your 240 too while you're at it..
