Default can't remove dipstick

Hello,
I have been prompted to these forums due to a fault on my recently purchased V70.
Has anyone come across this problem before?
I have an auto gearbox and the dipstick will not come out, it will rotate right and left but no matter how much i try, it will not come out and i am not exactly a weak person.
Any help you could give me would be much appreciated.
Many thanks.

The O-ring seated to the tube.
Sorry to say but BRUTE force is the only way to get it out.
The dipstick won't usually break it will just come out and maybe tear the o-ring.

Thanks Tech.
I heated the tube slightly and then used only half the force that i used before and out it popped.
the 'o' seal was to thick so i have fitted a slightly thinner one be it the same diameter.
A quick coat of oil and the problem is solved.
I like these forums

Thanks again
