I need a replacement CATALYTIC CONVERTER for a 2000 V-70 Wagon that will pass California emissions. Can anyone recommend a vendor that they've successfully used?

 

curious - why do you think you need a new catalytic converter? the problem is to be 100% compliant, you need a cat that meets the California standards - not sure if that applies to 2000 models or not. An OEM cat will set you back around $1300 and I'm not sure if recycle yards will sell used cats, particularly in CA. You may have some luck finding something used on eBay or Craig's List.
