Check Engine Light when Wet

Howdy all, I have a '06 v70 2.5 (80k miles), which recently started throwing up the CEL. We've had it in the shop 3 times since, replacing coils, plugs, and front o2 sensor. Each time though CEL comes on after going through cycle. However after the O2 sensor, and after 200 miles of the CEL on, it went off after a weeks worth of dry weather. Note, every time it has come on has been in wet weather.
The shop now wants to try a new Mass Airflow Sensor or a rear O2 sensor (they are not sure as well), but all this experimentation is wearing on the wallet. We are now out of inspection, so we could start tacking fines on top of the repair bills. Any ideas of best next steps, specifically regarding that we have isolated wetness as a catalyst?
