Hello I just joined the site and am looking to convert my 2001 V70s H1 fogs to an HID system. After getting under the car and looking at the factory wiring it looks as thought the harness/socket actually needs to be modified to get an HID bulb system to work. The low beam are literally plug and play but the fogs are not. Has anyone successfully converted their fog lights to true HID or is it easier to find brighter matching bulbs like these:
