i have a 99 v70 2.0 se estate and i was trying to plug in using a launch .problem is i cant get it to comunicate. ive tryed under volvo.obd 11. and the can bus but still no joy any ideas cheers russ

 

Hello, I had a 1999 and a competant independant mechanic near me had a Launch(sp?) which couldn't communicate with my car. My old Scanguage works just fine. Other people have had good results with a variety of code readers too. A gentleman at an auto parts store loaned me a cheap Acton unit which didn't even connect with my 2002. Try before you buy (or read posts on the subject). Kira
