I have the AC problem on my 1999 V70 where it works fine until it gets hot under the hood and then the compressor clutch disengages due to too much clearance. I have seen the "bread clip" fix for the 850 and it looks like it would work on my V70, but it doesn't look like I can get to the compressor clutch to slide in the clips. It appears to be behind a frame member. I don't know if you can get to it from below or not. Anyone know if there is a way to get to the clutch without removing the compressor?
