Door Lock

I have a problem with the passenger door lock when I try to lock all doors with remote all doors lock then the passenger door unlocks this problem as gradually got worse. can anybody throw any light on this ?

sounds like its not clicking down all the way which make it auto unlock. Mine is reveresed somtimes it will pop up to unlock then go back down.
