DTC Codes 130 and 136

DTC Codes 130 and 136
1999 V70 (non-turbo) with 194,000 miles. I'm throwing the codes 130 and 136. Is it odd for both O2 sensors to fail?? Should I just replace both sensors, or could there be another underlying problem? Thanks!
