Default 130 degrees ? Head bolts

When tightening the last round after going through the 15 ft #s then 44 it says to go 130 degrees ? I take that as the ratchet being a second hand on a clock and actually pulling it 130 degrees so If it were a second hand on a clock it would be about 20 after ?

It is an arc, if the hand on the clock was at 12 - 3 would be 90 degrees,
6 would be 180 degrees.

So you will need to be starting at 12 and pull to just past 4 on a clock face.

I used a piece of cardboard for the sweep and taped it down so it would not move.
