When I start my '99 V70XC, the 2 fan control lights flash for about 10 seconds then stop. Everything seems to be operating on the blower controls and I get heat and AC when selected. I cannot figure this one out. On my '98 when this happened they didn't stop flashing and I had no heater control or fan control. I had to replace the control unit. Any ideas?
