While I cannot recommend a brand or location for your adapters, I would like to say that volvo wheels are hubcentric. So whatever adapter you use, would need to be as well. I don't know if the lexus wheels are also hubcentric.
First thing to do is to get the exact specs for both wheels. wheel-size.com is an excellent resource for specs. As to the Volvo, the three specs to match to are 1) 5x108 bolt pattern 2) 65.1 center bore 3) total offet of 40-45mm (ie ET43 plus or minus a few mm). for the Lexus rims, you didn't mention what year the donor car was but assuming its a 2000s era, the rims are 5x114.3, ET 45 or 50 (depending on model) with a 60.1 center bore. you can find adaptors on eBay to match the 114s to the 108s for about $175-200 but then you'll need to find hub centering rings to match the center bores of the rims to the plate. That leaves one last problem - the adapter plates are typically 15-25 mm thick so your new rims plus adaptor plates will have an effect ET in the ET20 or ET30 range, meaning the wheels will be about an inch closer to the fender lip than stock and will put some extra stress on the wheel bearings. If the Lexus rims are 7 inch rims there shouldn't be any clearance issues. If you can find a 15mm plate and correct hub rings (also on eBay/Amazon) then you should be good to go. One last thought - pay attention to the lug nuts from both cars as some are beveled others are rounded. Use the ones correct for the wheel/adaptor plate.
