Default Fluid Requirements

Sorry if I am asking questions that have been asked multiple times but when searching i cant find the exact answer i'm looking for. When it comes to drain/fill of coolant for a 2000 V70 XC the manual says to use Volvo coolant. When I search it seems that everyone agrees you can use Zerex G5 coolant. However, I cannot find this readily available. Can I use the prestone 50/50 mix that states compatible with all makes/models? If not is there a readily available coolant other than Zerex G5 or VW coolant? Also, with AT fluid, I think I have concluded through seaching that I should use Mobile ATF 3309 fluid. Is this correct. Also, I found the write up on the changing the ATF by removing top hose on cooler, but is there an actual drain plug for the trans. I would prefer just draining what I can and put in new fluid and do that a couple of times because my fluid is not that bad. I'm moving away from home for 4 months and going to drive 1000 mile each way and want to get my V70XC up to date on maintinance. It has 83K on it and don't know the last time fluids were changed as I have only owned it for 10K and have just done oil changes. If someone can please verify that what I think is correct, is correct and any advice on coolant. I appreciate any help/advice..Thanks.
