Default tuneup time?

check engine light came on today
flashes when car downshifts/under load
OBD II gave me these codes;
PO300 RANDOM MISFIRE
PO301
PO302
CYL1&CYL2 MISFIRE
should I just tune up car and then worry about codes?

have only had car about a week
previous owner was less than honest about condition@sale
although there is an oil change sticker on inside of windshield from a service station in his area
not due for oil change for about 1000 miles
may call service station tomorrow to verify service intervals
wife has 1999 v70, but mine's a little different (cap&rotor vs. coilpacks)
guessing that's where to start?

Also do spark plugs. If the coil wires are original, you can see white or yellow letters (according to tech) and they will have a date on them.
Check the Air filter too.

If you have put all new parts on and still get it I would look at the injector next.

last post should say trans in sport mode
either way, problem only exists @ high RPM
trying AMSOIL injector cleaner
have been running 93 octane fuel
platinum plugs installed
plug wires were not cheap but are not a brand i recognize
