Default Front O2 sensor no voltage.

should i change the sensor If I have no voltage form the front o2 sensor, (plug and wires appear ok). Rear sensor shows pretty stedy voltage. Getting a CEL p0422. Car idle verys once warm!

Most likely it is the front O2.

Does 1999 V70 AWD have a rear O2 sensor I am getting P0422 and I have cheked for air leaks. I have read that the CAT does not go bad very often.

Yes they do have a rear O2 sensor.
