Default P0237 Turbocharger Boost Sensor A low voltage

Hello,
There seems to be some great advice on this site, so I thought I'd ask for some help. I have a 2001 V70 2.4 T, that has had intermittent check engine lights, which recently has been on constant. I pulled the code and got P0237, Turbocharger Boost Sensor A low voltage. Could anyone help me to diagnose this? The code will not clear, and I REALLY need an inspection!

The car drives and accelerates very well, with some slight occasional surging. I'v read about a boost solenoid which may cause this symptom.

I would really appreciate any advice!

Thank you
-Justin R.

Sounds like a plan. I've priced the solenoid as low as $38.00. I'd like to do the repair myself, so do you know of a decent manual that can guide me?

Thank you for the quick reply!

The soleniod is on the side of the Air box. Easy to find.

But to answer your quiestion Look on E-bay for a program called VADIS that will give you what you seek.
