Has the Timing Belt been replaced?

I recently purchased from a dealer a one-owner 2004 XC70 with 140k miles. There are no service records to speak of. The dealer said he thought the timing belt was replaced at 90k miles. I'm not sure why it would have been replaced at that mileage, since Volvo recommends 105k for a V70 and 125k for an XC70. Can you tell from this picture if the belt has 15k miles, 50k miles, or 140k miles?
Thanks.

Hello, Maybe the FBI can tell the mileage from that photo. I can see the ribs from the smooth side of the belt-NOT a good sign. "The dealer said he thought..", another not-good sign. Frequently there's a white sticker included with a belt on which people write in the mileage and date of installation and place on the front (right side) timing belt cover. It's about 1.5" X 2.5". Look for it. FCPGroton just introduced a line of extra strong belts by Gates and they're offering a 10% discount-on >$100 orders through August. Tell 'em Kira sent you. Kira

Which motor are you running? I have also just purchased a 2005 V70 with the 2.5T. I have 75000 kilometers (46000 miles) I have read some very interesting posts here about timing belts. with great images as well.
