Default Timing belt change - Car has 160k now, sticker says it was replaced at 140k

Replaced in December of 08 according to the sticker. Obviously the car hasn't been driven a lot in the last 4 years but here is my question. Do the timing belts have an "age" recommendation for changing? I really don't want to deal with a broken timing belt but since it only has 20k miles on it I should be fine even though it has been on for four years right?

Thanks for the advice guys!

Hi Ryan:

You can look in the owners manual for their suggestions. 7 Years or 70,000 miles, unless you have a '93 model.
