Hi all,

I'm thinking of purchasing a 2001 V70 XC wagon to haul my kart in. I'd like to know the max dimensions of the loading bay with the seat folded.

The kart is roughly 54" wide at its rear axle and about 70" long, but if I remove the rear wheels and sidepods it reduces to about 43" wide.

I found a picture of a kart in a regular V70, not sure if the XC loading gate is wider or not.

I'd appreciate any info on what the loading bay dimensions are, or better yet, if anyone has tried fitting a race kart in a XC.
