basically sometimes they work sometimes not. when they decide to work they are fine, when not they stick in random posistions help please TECH you nice guy you.

 

The motors are going bad.
If you really like having them you will need to replace the motors. (PITA)

Or if it really doesn't matter then when they are in the Parked position unplug them and they will look fine.

 

NOW MY FRONT SCREEN WASH DONT WORK!!! i think it is just a fuse cause the back one is fine but there is no noise fron the front pump so i am assuming that it is just a fuse, well i hope it is just a fuse. what is it with the electrics fist my fuel flap lock then the wipers now the pump aaaarrrrggggghhhhhhh
not to mention the folding mirrors and GSM phone snags in the past.

 

Check for power at the Pump. The plug should be visible from under the hood. At the bottom of the tube for the washer Fill.
