Hello, OK I have a 2002 v70 t5. Love my car but the heater doesn't work. A/C works great but no heat. I took it to the dealer & they said its the heater actuator door. My question is. No heat or defrost anywhere but controls work when I was looking for the part i found a right-left & defrost heater door actuators. I'm having a hard time believing all are bad. Any ideas? Am i looking at the wrong thing? Is there a main heater actuator? My mechanic is great so i was going to get the part & hes helping me put it in instead of going to dealership again.
They said the heater actuator door but no more Details. I don't want to buy the wrong one any ideas?? Guess I have to order from volvo parts cause I'm not finding any parts store that carrys them. But what do you all think could it be a connection to all of them cause like i said theres a right left & defrost one online & im not believing all went bad. A/C works great just no heat & I cant go another winter with no heat, hopefully.
