Does anyone know where I can get some of those plastic clips/tabs that holds the plastic panel to the hatch? I'm missing like 5 of them or so and the panel is just flopping around when I open the hatch. I'm thinking of jus going to the dealer, unless someone here has some. Anyone got any part #s? I think there are 8 tabs in all.

The dealer would be about the best place to get them.
If the panel is cracked where the top clips go there is a repair kit you can buy and install to make then stay in the panel.
