I have no power available as if there is no turbo working at all on my 20002.5 diesel can anybody help ?.

most likly because their is no turbo. But what is the specific problem?

Its as if the turbo boost is not there the turbo as been reconditioned and new MAF fitted and turbo control valve ?

Any CEL displayed... check for codes and go from there.

are the clamps all tight on the turbo hose?

I've checked all the small hoses ie from sensors etc but not any others which hoses do you mean exactly I have read some where that to prove the turbo pipe work is to buy some 50mm pipe and go directly from inlet manifold to turbo what do u think ????
