Default Passenger Heated Seat

Hi,
I have recently bought an 2003 V70 2.5 Turbo diesel on a 53 plate.
The passenger heated seat does not appear to be working.
When you push the switch for the passenger seat the two lights on the switch indicate the same as for the driver's seat but the seat does not heat - neither the base or the back rest.
Does anyone have any advice on the most likely cause of my fault, any methods of eliminating likely causes etc.?
Any help much appreciated,
Thanks,
Cameron

I would take a peak under the seat and see if anything is unplugged.

Have already done that and there is nothing obviously unplugged.

The the Dealer or someone with a setup that can read the seat module will have to see if there is codes.

I have the same issue and had no luck myself. Already checked under the seats and the fuse as well. Fuse looked good. Bummed I can't fix it myself.
