Default Possible short of the ecm?

Hi all,
I have a 2001 v70. Started running poorly a few months back. Changed the etm and many of the drivability issues disappeared!
However still had rough idle and a maf sensor low input code. So off to troubleshoot. While checking the maf pins for power, grounds, and output the car unexpectedly accelerates rpm then drops and the rough idle becomes 1000 times worse!
Car is shaking and rpm is all over the place. It then stalls. Go and pull new codes and I get these!
p0103 - Maf high input
p0113 - Intake air temp circuit high
p0118 - Eng coolant temp high
p0134 - O2 sensor no activity detected bank 1 sensor 1
p0236 - Turbo boost sensor a range/performance
p0238 - Turbo boost sensor A circuit high
- STC service light illuminated
- Lots of white smoke out tailpipe as i stepped on throttle to keep her going.
Clear codes start up vehicle and issue is still there. it stalls within a short time.
Does this sound like a shorted ecm? Any other ideas?
Thanks in advance for any and all help!
