Default Problem with v70 head bolts

I am in the process of replacing the head gasket on my 2001 V70 T5. Having bolt issues. The gasket didn't seal properly and is leaking water. I used the three step torquing method, torquing than angle torquing. The last few bolts seemed easier to turn the 130 degrees and may have lost their torque after tightening the previous bolts. I guess It wouldn't cost anything to try re-torquing them them to see if that does the job before buying a new head gasket and bolts.

I would appreciate any info or recommendations from forum members on this.
