Default Rear windshield Washer fluid leakage floor driver's side

Hello,
No fluid goes to the rear windshield, instead I hear water flushing around the dashboard, front pillars and the floor on the driver's side gets wet.

The car is a 2011 wagon, left hand drive.
Has Anyone encountered this problem before?
Has someone the diagram which describes the route from the reservoir to the rear windshield?
Thank you a lot in advance.
All the best
David.

Thank you Hoonk, thanks to you I Will not tear apart my Volvo Carpet.
Do you know how hard it is to dismantle the trim ?
According to the diagram, I believe the leakage occurs at 5, where the hose is probably disconnected.
Thanks for your help!
