Default Replacing head gasket and all

Hey, so Ive decided to replace the head (possibly) and head gasket etc. Anybody got a suggestion for a repair shop in the Tampa Bay area in Florida? ...other than the stealership?
Oh also, the key is lost... but I have a 2003 blank (ebay for another volvo then didnt use it) can I make that work? Maybe even the buttons?

Head gasket seemed to have a small leak (from what Im told) and was overheating a little... then one day the needle shot all the way up, the car went into what I guess is "limp mode" and I pulled over. White smoke POURED from the exhaust and some from under the hood. The car wouldnt start for a little, but now manages to run and drive (granted terribly), well, at least enough to move it around the drive way.

Oh ok I was thinking about seeing if you could have gotten to our shop in Orlando but they just laid me off. So I hope you find some one close to you.
