Default S.O.S. - Gas Leak

The fuel pump system was replaced in my '98 V70 Wagon several weeks ago. Since the pump has been replaced, the fuel gauge no longer works correctly and I experience gas spillage each time I fill the tank (2x's). I've returned the vehicle for repair, for which the fuel pump and sending units were replaced a second time.

Guess what? The fuel gauge still does not operate correctly and I've spilled gas on the ground when filling the tank, again.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks!

Default S.O.S. - Gas Leak - UPDATE

By the way, it has been determined that the fill pipe is entacted and there are no holes in the gas tank. The spillage represents approximately 8-10cups of fuel.

Thanks!
