I got a complaint from the wife about smoke from the tailpipe. I drove the car around for awhile and found none, but then when following her in the Geo, I could see it when she accelerates. After a hard accel, it smokes some blue smoke out the pipe, but sometimes, it lets out a puff when taking off from a light, but it does not smoke constantly. This T5 only has 113,000 miles on it and if the turbo is going bad, what can I do to prolong it's life?

Please tell me it's not a turbo.

 

You cleaned all the parts in the PCV system good?
Also the one valve and make sure the elbow is good on the induction hose from the MAF to the turbo?
