Default So I was wondering...

While changing a fuse for the radio the other day, I found that there was an empty slot for "rear heated seats". There is also a space for a button (on the rear console, near the cigg. lighter and above the ashtray) Which models came equipped with this option, as my R obviously did not? Any chance of me retro-fitting it in there?

Not sure which models had it.
You might be able to install it but not sure if it would be worth it.
You would have to add the heater elements to the seats, switch, software,ETC.

I don't know of any Volvo's that came with it.

It would be a nice addition especially if your in a cold climate area and you drive people around in the back seat. I know when I sit in the back seat or my mom does we always say it would be nice to have seat warmers back there.

I would do it. Would be a nice project.

Hi - dealer says my V70 2.5t has carbon build up. Fee to clean was $450. Nearly fell over. What options do I have? Additives? Different fuel? Please help!

My Saab wagon has rear heated seats, we have only used them 3 times in 4 years.

I'll bet you need to check if you have the elements in the seats first.

I actually worked on an 850 that had them. Also some of the Executive S80's had them.
