Default suspension

I have had a rattle in my suspension for quite some time but my mechanic can never hear it so has never fixed it. I was driving around today and noticed the rattle was a lot louder than normal. When i sped up to 70km/h my car started wobbling violently and i had trouble holding the steering wheel straight. My steering wheel doesn't sit straight for one thing and thats been getting worse so i thought maybe i just needed a wheel balance. But on closer inspection i discovered a piece of my suspension has snapped.

Is thisas cheap and simple to replace as it looks?

Default RE: suspension

So a rear lower swing arm is not too much of an issue. All good after replacing the swing arm and a 4-wheel allignment. Took the old one off and looks like an an old impact bent it and fractured it, and finally it snapped completely. Had a look at the other 3 corners. no damage and now no rattling from the suspension.
