Tech thanks for your help
I managed to get the disconnect off the fuel line but had to pull the rail off.
The quick connects are certainly not quick disconnects. My experience is that it these disconnects make it easier for assembly but a pita to disconnect. Had a similiar issue with the clutch line on a Jeep.
Maybe there is a tool out there which depresses both buttons deep enough to disconnect. I tried everything
Since the 2003 is slightly different than any of the s70 and 850 writeups on how to change the oil trap, I'll give a writeup over the next few days with the differences.
I'm waiting till morning to start the car and check for any leaks. I did not change the manifold gasket looked good and intact-ed. The one manifold bolt under the thermostat was impossible to use the torque wrench on. I just tightened it as best as I could.
Thanks for all your help and patience
