Default Tilt sensor

2001 V70 T5

Recently purchased - all the sensors seem to be going at once.Just replaced Yaw Rate Sensor. Now have Tilt Sensor error. Is this an essential repair?

I don't know. The local Volvo dealer replaced the Yaw Rate Sensor and then said the tilt sensor under the console was bad and needed replacing.

Try to get some more specific info on it, perhaps a part number for what they are trying to sell you.

The dealership initially called it a tilt speed sensor, but replaced two Yaw Rate Sensors - Part # 8622413-6, cleared codes and calibrated DSTC.

Car is still cutting off at low speeds - once while cornering; once when pulling into driveway

93,000 miles - spark plugs and filters recently replaced. Had throttle body code at that time - dealer says there is no throttle body code.
