I bought a used 2010 V70 wagon that has never had working outlets front or rear. The wiring diagram says fuse f25 controls it, but when I check the fuse box, there is no F28 fuse, and the F28 location doesn't even have contacts in it to put a fuse in.

anybody know what fuse or circuit to check? It would be a bear to trace out ......

says its fuse 22 in the glove box... I'm assuming the XC and V70s share the same wiring layout.
