has any one here changed out the head unit or speakers? or run a sub to the head unit? i gotta vr3 head unit dvd player. and i have no clue what im doing. so any help or any one who has changed out some speakers or the head unit help me out. and what size speakers should i get to fit right in there with out drilling?

i swapped mine out. be sure to buy the wiring kit and dash kit. makes it real basic. just color matching the wires. both parts total retail is like $50 and can be bought at most car audio stores.
